Cet endroit est idéal pour ceux qui aiment avoir tout à porté de main - se bronzer à la plage, se baigner dans la piscine privée, les visites culturels dans Barcelone que se trouve a 40km, des excursions le long de la Costa Brava ainsi que les villages les plus intéressant dans les environs avec des origines Romain et Gothique. Le logement se situe au premier étage et il à été impeccablement préparé avec soin. Il y 4 chambres (3 doubles, l'un d'entre eux avec salle-de-bain privée) 3 salles-de-bains (2 avec baignoire et 1 avec douche) et un grand espace pour le salon et la salle-à-manger que peut loger 2 personnes de plus. La cuisine américaine donne sur le salle-a-manger et il est entièrement équipé avec micro-ondes, grille-pain et cafetière. Il y a aussi 3 balcons, un jardin fleuri, une piscine, un recoin avec chaises longues et un barbecue. Les propriétaires habitent au rez-de-chaussé et sont très discret et respectueux vis-à-vis de leurs hôtes. La station balnéaire de Arenys de Mar se trouve à 2km seulement, mais il vous faudra traverser la route.

Ainsi, le transport est très fréquent et fiable ce qui rend une visite a la grande ville facile.

My family and I were very impressed by our accommodation in Arenys de Munt. Mercedes and her husband were extremely charming and very helpful even giving my parents lifts to the shops! The apartment was almost exactly as described on your site (but I think better!) The location was great for Arenys de Mar (beach was beautiful and mostly clean) even though the road up and down was a little scary (but fun!) Your website was meaningful and easy to use and Simona who dealt with my reservation was absolutely brilliant. I think the only down side was the method of payment. Having to do a bank transfer was time consuming and the bank charged me an additional £20 for the privilege! I would have been much happier to pay by credit card. I feel your company met all our requirements and was exceptional in your service and would certainly use the site and most importantly go back to the apartment or recommend it to our friends. The villa was lovely. Clean, spacious, pool to ourselves and lovely balcony areas. The outside kitchen/barbeque area was used every day , a great area to sit around and relax after meals there Privacy was excellent Instructions on how to get there should be up dated as we found you could get to it by motorway rather than via the village of Arenys de Mar . Everything went smoothly with the booking via your organisation, it was the 1st time we'd booked over the internet and so were apprehensive so thank-you We saw the North spain villas web site link when on the oh barcelona! appartment web site Best wishes JO. 28/07/04
I found your website using a google search for "villas catalunya". The website is very simple to use, I particularly found the villas map useful as I did not know the area. When booking, I found the process extremely easy, and my questions both via email and via phone were answered quickly.
In addition, I was most impressed by the flexibility in the booking as we actually stayed from Thursday to Thursday, whereas other villa rental sites would only consider Saturday to Saturday bookings. This was helped by the calendar on the website showing on which days the villa was available.
The villa was very good and the owner very helpful and kind. We found the villa very clean and well maintained, and there were plenty of items such as crockery and linen, even for our large party (9 people). The facilities were comprehensive, and the villa was very reasonably priced, even when we asked for an extra bed to be made up in the upstairs room. One minor criticism, the map/ directions from the airport were not very good. The road numbers specified on the directions were misleading (the C32 seems to disappear when you travel across the city). It did not cause a significant issue to us as we had a map - but some people may not have this. Hope this is of use to you, I will certainly look to use your website next time I book a holiday in Spain. Could you please also pass our comments about the villa onto Mercedes, we all had a very enjoyable time at L'Axeneta. Thanks, A. 07/09/04
