A beautiful villa just 2 km from the long beaches of Coma-Ruga. It is an especially well designed and decorated house with all kinds of comfort you could need for a successful holiday. It is located in a quiet development and we enter the property through a closed gate. On the ground floor there is the huge living room with large windows overlooking the garden. Cosy sofas, satellite TV, DVD, HiFi and an open fireplace make this room the centre of activity in the house. Right next to it is the dining area with a large table and a small office area. The kitchen is modern and well equipped (including a dishwasher, a washing machine, a kettle, a microwave, a toaster and a coffee maker). There is also a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower on the same floor, which makes it perfect for guests who have difficulty in walking. On the first floor there are 2 more bedrooms each with a double and a full bathroom with a bathtub. Both bedrooms have private terraces with a beautiful view of the sea, and the master bedroom is especially big and has an open fireplace. On the second floor there is a fourth bedroom with a double bed. The big garden is well maintained and there is a porch with garden furniture, a parasol, and a constructed barbeque – perfect for dining under the stars. The swimming pool is 9 x 4 m and surrounded by a large lawn. There is enough space to park on the street in front of the villa. The staircase has a handrail which is not very secure, therefore we would be reluctant to recommend this house for young children. Please contact us if you require more details.
