A luxurious and wonderful villa for up to 11 people perfectly equipped and decorated in a lovely style. In the centre of the beautiful garden is a heated and covered swimming pool (in winter) which can be used all year long. Right next to this villa there is another property (please see ref. V85), and if booked together allows space for 25 people. Each villa, however, is completely independent with its own entrance, garden, swimming pool and has total privacy. The villa has been renovated with the finest materials and the decorators have created a great mix of modern design and classic cosiness.
There is a stylish living room with several sofas, an open fireplace, satellite-TV, a DVD player and a HiFi, a computer with Internet and WIFI internet access in the whole house. The big kitchen with dining area is perfectly equipped including 2 dishwashers, a microwave, a coffee machine, a kettle, a toaster and a washing machine. In the dining area there is a long dining table and through the large windows you can enjoy a stunning views of the landscape. On the ground floor there is also 1 bedroom which is wheel-chair accessible. The 4 bedrooms include satellite-TV, an en-suite bathroom (of which 1 with a massage-shower and 3 with a bathtub) and a hair-dryer. 1 bedroom has a double bed, 1 has 1 double bed and 1 single bed and 2 bedroms have 3 single beds each. All the single beds can be moved so you enjoy complete flexibility regarding the organisation of the bedding.
The swimming pool is 8 x 4 m and has a child-proof fence. It is heated in winter and can be covered too. The lovely gardens have wonderful views across the surrounding countryside and the foothills of the Pyrenees. There is a large covered area outside with a Table and a Bar as well as a Barbecue for enjoying your meals outdoors.

Cardona dispose de toutes sortes de commerces, supermarchés, bars et restaurants. Bien que proche du village, la maison est en pleine nature. La zone dispose de nombreux sites touristiques. Par exemple, l’on peut visiter le monastère de Queralt ou les églises romanes et les châteaux de Berguedá. La région offre de nombreuses randonnées. Elle abonde en champignons à l'automne, ainsi qu’en rivières poissonneuses. Pour les plus aventureux, il est possible d’apprendre et de pratiquer le parapente ou le canoë. Barcelone est à approximativement une heure (95km) en voiture du village.
