A luxurious holiday home with an impressive view onto the town of Alella and the sea beyond. The house sits atop a hill about 2km from the town centre and has 3 stories, several terraces and a surface area of 510m2. The house's interior is characterised by modern lines, lots of sunlight, marble floors and particularly large rooms.
Upon entering the house you come to a modern living and dining room with sofas, an open fireplace, satellite TV, flat screen TV, DVD and an adjacent home cinema with comfortable leather armchairs for 10 people, a projector and a huge DVD selection. The dining room has a long dining table and access to a terrace with outdoor sofas and a view onto the private swimming pool (7,5 x 3,5m), surrounded by lawn areas and deck chairs. The separate kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, a dishwasher, an electric kettle, a coffee maker and a toaster. The kitchen also leads out to a terrace set up with a BBQ area and a long dining table. In a separate laundry room you'll find a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. There are 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms on the upper floor. Two bedrooms have 2 single beds each and the remaining 3 are furnished with double beds. One of the bedrooms is particularly big and elegant and features a king-size double bed (2m x 2m), a sound-system, a walk-in wardrobe, a luxurious bathroom with a Whirlpool tub and shower as well as access to a large terrace with a splendid sea view. Of the other 3 bathrooms, 2 have a tub and 1 has a shower.
On the top floor you'll find a large fitness room with a wide variety of exercise machines, a solarium and a bathroom with a shower. There is also another bedroom on this floor that can be prepared for 2 additional people if necessary.
The house has several terraces distributed across 3 levels and connected by steep flights of stairs, which is why we DO NOT recommend this property for guests with small children.
Upon request, a variety of additional services can be provided, including a personal chef, chauffeur, masseuse, personal trainer or a daily cleaning service.

The house lies on a hilltop about 2km from the centre of Alella, a charming spot with several shops, bars and restaurants. Alella is well-known for its wines and cavas (Catalan sparkling wine) and has beautiful wine cellars that offer tastings and tours. The closest beach is in El Masnou (3km), which also has a marina and lots of places to do water sports. In terms of transport, there is a bus from Alella to Barcelona or a train from El Masnou to Barcelona (the trip takes about 20 minutes). The closest golf course is in Vallromanes, about 6km away, and you'll find another one in Llavaneres, about 20km away. Other activities available in the area: horse riding, hiking, tennis, and a visit to a wine museum.
The Barcelona airport is 40km and the Girona airport 60km from the house.
