A lovely comfortable villa on the Costa Brava for 10 people - perfect for 2 families with children, just 1 km from the beach and with a private swimming pool and garden. The villa is of new construction and is well equipped and nicely decorated. On the ground floor there is a spacious living/dining room with access and views to the covered porch. There are several comfortable sofas (with satelite-TV, DVD) and a long dining table. Then from here you reach a bedroom with 3 single beds and a bathroom with a shower (this room is wheelchair accessible). The kitchen is equipped with all modern conveniences: washing machine, dish-washer, micro-wave, coffee-maker, kettle, toaster etc. On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms: the master-bedroom with a double bed, en suite bathroom with a tub and a private terrace with beautiful views. The 2nd bedroom has another double bed and the third bedroom has 3 singles. Those 2 bedrooms share a bath with a shower.
The large private garden has a big lawn and a swimming pool (8 x 4m) with Roman steps and plenty of deckchairs. On the porch there is garden furniture and a barbeque - perfect for long dinners in a mediterranean atmosphere. For bigger groups we can also offer villa ref. V98 for up to 10 people in a distance of 50 m - a convenient option for several families who wish to spend their holiday together.

The beach at Playa de Pals is more than 4 miles in length and is the second longest sandy beach on the Costa Brava. A quiet place can therefore always be found. It is just 1 km away and an easy walk, but there are many access points with adequate parking for those carrying a lot of beach equipment. The nearest supermarket, bar and pizzeria are only 300 metres away with further shops, bars and restaurants in the hamlet of Playa de Pals also just 1 km away.
The beach at Playa de Pals offers all types of water sports, including sailing, windsurfing and kite boarding. Bicycle rental and Scuba diving are also available locally. The Golf Course of Playa de Pals, is just 1 km away, and is one of the most beautiful and prestigious golf courses in Spain. There are also 3 other top class golf courses within a radius of 5 km and 2 further courses within a 40 minute drive.
Pals is a delightful medieval village just 5 km inland which has been carefully maintained to reflect it's position as the most prominent fortified village in the Baix de Emporda, and therefore one of the most important sights of the region. Here you can find many restaurants and shops in the nearby town of Palafrugell which hosts a vibrant Sunday market. The coves of Aigua Freda, Sa Tuna and Aigua Blava are an abolute must for exploration. The Hill top village of Begur is also something not to be missed, with it's beautiful village Square and numerous restaurants. The beautiful Gothic city of Girona is only a 40 minute drive and the famous Salvador Dali museum at Figueres is also only 40km away. A day trip to Barcelona can also easily be planned using the excellent railway service from nearby Flaca which delivers you directly to the Placa de Catalunya in the Centre of Barcelona. Girona airport is 50 minutes away and is a major "Hub” for Ryanair and other airlines with frequent flights from all over Europe.
