Nestled into a peaceful area dotted with villas, this new holiday home for up to 14 people has been set up with great care, attention to detail and using only the finest materials. The location, at the foot of the impressive rock formations of the Montserrat Mountain, is especially beautiful. The house lies behind the famous mountain, where the landscape is even lovelier, more natural and authentic, shielded from mass tourism. An idyllic spot for hikers, climbers and sport lovers as well as wine enthusiasts or people who simply wish to enjoy their holidays amidst beautiful surroundings and a wide array of tourist and cultural activities.
The house is divided into 3 apartments that can be rented together for groups of 14 people, who can then share the enormous living room (see also ref. V207 for the whole property and V209 and V210 for the other 2 apartments). This unit is the biggest one on the ground floor.
The living and dining room has an open-plan kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, espresso machine, electric kettle, toaster and orange juicer, etc. And there's more: a long dining table for languid lunches and a sitting area with sofas - wonderful for an afternoon siesta -, satellite TV, stereo, DVD and several doors leading out to a covered terrace.
The bedrooms on the ground floor include a big suite (45 m2) with a sofa, work corner and an adjoining bathroom, and a second bedroom with 3 single beds and a bathroom. The 2 bathrooms have showers and feature delightful amenities such as bathrobes, a hairdryer and a toiletries set.
Shared between the 3 units:
In the spacious and well-tended garden there is a fenced-in swimming pool (8 x 4m) with deck chairs and parasols. A sandbox for the youngest guests and a picnic area with a BBQ/grill and garden furniture complete the outdoor facilities. The basement has been turned into a huge recreation room for the occasional rainy day, with a ping-pong and many games. There is also a laundry room, with a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board, on this floor.
The house is ideal for people who cannot do without internet access, even when on holiday: there is a computer with an internet connection in the entrance hall and wireless access in all of the rooms.
