Una preciosa finca antigua, rodeada por un bosque de pinos de 134 hectáreas, en la parte noroeste del Parque Natural de Sant Llorenç de Munt, a 2km del hermoso pueblo medieval de Talamanca y a solo 50km de Barcelona. La casa principal data del año 1266 y mide 1080m2. Luce el estilo tradicional de las clásicas masías catalanas y puede acomodar a grupos grandes de hasta 16 personas.
Hay 8 habitaciones (6 dobles y 2 con camas gemelas) con 7 baños en-suite (5 con bañera y 2 con ducha) y 1 baño adicional en la planta baja. Cada habitación tiene televisión y se puede añadir una cama individual a dos de las habitaciones. Además hay un amplio salón con un piano, una sala de televisión con un equipo de música, televisión satélite y un DVD, 2 comedores y una sala de billar. La cocina es grande y equipada con todas las comodidades, inclusivo lavadora, secadora, lavavajillas, microondas, cafetera, tostadora, hervidor de agua, etc.
Entre los muchos jardines, hay uno que destaca en particular por tener una piscina grande (10 x 4.2m) y una vista muy bonita. Al lado de la piscina hay una zona de barbacoa con una mesa para 20 comensales. Otros alicientes son el porche con una chimenea abierta y las terrazas preciosas, en las cuales se puede disfrutar de cenas románticas a la luz de velas.
Casa con piscina. 48 km de la playa Esta preciosa finca histórica, que data del año 1266, está a solo 2km de Talamanca, un encantador pueblo medieval. El pueblo tiene un restaurante y una tienda pequeña, además de varios puntos de interés cultural como un castillo del año 967 y la iglesia románica de Santa Maria, que data del siglo XII. Navarcles es otra localidad cercana (7km) que tiene una gran variedad de restaurantes conocidos por su cocina excelente, varios supermercados y bares. La zona también es un paraíso para los aficionados al deporte. Las 54 hectáreas que rodean la propiedad son un lugar perfecto para caminar, montar en bicicleta o ir de excursión. Los que prefieren actividades más arriesgadas pueden alquilar piraguas y kayaks en Navarcles o montar a caballo en las cuadras de Sant Fruitós (11km). Se puede llegar a Barcelona en solo 50 minutos, lo que hace que sea un destino maravilloso para una excursión de un día.

The villa was amazing. Nothing to complain about. Directions were great, location was fantastic. Our weekend was part business and part relax. It was a fantastic venue for informal meetings and a great way to get everyone together. We look forward to going back. P.S. 10.09.2008
Thank you to Simona who was very helpful when choosing and booking the holiday - we were a little worried that the location might be too rural, but she assured me that once we were there we wouldn't want to leave and she was right. We found the villa excellent a great place for a get away from it all holiday. The villa itself was huge - still had not found my way around it at the end of the weeks holiday. Owners very friendly and helpful and available if anything was wrong - which it wasn't. There was 13 of us but the villa was big enough for all to have our own space but also provided us with plenty of areas for our family get togethers which basically included drinking wine, eating (all the cooking done on the 2 large barbeques), playing cards and having lots of laughs. Hope to repeat the experience again. Booking was simple with no hassles and clear instructions of payment details etc. LOVED IT !!! and that speaks for all of my family - 2 children with us who loved exploring the acres of land, the snooker table, table tennis table and of course the swimming pool. If I had to pick a location for an idyllic, romantic European film, then El Cingle would definitely be it! We just rented it for my 30th birthday celebration, and my American friends couldn't believe that a
place like this actually exists in the real world. It is so much more beautiful than the pictures could ever express. We were there for a week and wished we never had to leave. It is
perfect for anyone whose idea of a great holiday includes long walks in the pinewoods, climbing a hill and watching the sunset behind Montserrat, walking to the village in the mornings for fresh bread,
sipping wine at dusk on one of the countless terraces, lounging by the pool and breathing clean country air.
The house itself is in splendid condition, despite its age, and very well maintained. The rooms are all beautiful, but the second floor one with the small tower - from which you can take in the entire
surroudings - is simply spectacular. And the most wonderful thing is how unique each room is! The kitchen is a cook's dream; it has every imaginable utensil (including a tiny, classic espresso machine and a cocktail shaker) and the enormous, arched windows have a wonderful view of the countryside. Our meals turned into very elaborate affairs - the huge, rustic (but elegant) dining hall required a banquet or two!
The two Gustavos (owner and caretaker) were very considerate and available to answer questions and take care of anything we needed. Gustavo the caretaker came by every day to clean the pool and fix anything that needed fixing and bring us clean towels/sheets, but he was so discreet that his presence never felt intrusive. We had the most wonderful time. It was a very relaxing holiday. The villa was spacious, plenty of room for 4 families. Never at anytime did we encroach on each others space. The owners were extremely helpful and we did not encounter any problems. We felt that if there had been a problem Senor Carrasco and his son would have sorted it out for us. They were extremely good caretakers. The pool was cleaned regularly Senor Carrasco's English was good so we did not have a communication problem. We were made to feel very welcome. We feel that we were very lucky to find this villa as it was within our budget and all the rooms were en suite. We would recommend this villa to anyone wishing to holiday in a large party. The villa was magnificent and Gustavo, the owner, was very helpful. I would strongly recommend this villa to my friends. I found your website while searching for villas in Spain. After visiting the site and asking some questions I was helped by someone (I think her name is Simone) who gave me a list of villas that met my requirements (place, size etc.).
