Una preciosa casa amb piscina privada, situada a 1km de la platja de Platja d'Aro, a la Costa Brava. Es tracta d’una luxosa casa de vacances que ofereix una opció ideal per a famílies o grups de fins a 8 persones. Hi ha un ampli jardí amb piscina (8 x 6m) i una terrassa parcialment coberta, amb vistes magnífiques al mar. La terrassa està moblada amb mobles de jardí i una barbacoa; tot el que fa falta per gaudir dels àpats a l’aire lliure. A l’interior de la casa hi ha un saló molt còmode amb televisió satèl·lit, DVD, un equip de música i una llar de foc. També hi ha un menjador i una cuina gran amb rentavaixelles, una rentadora, un microones i una cafetera. Hi ha 4 habitacions (2 dobles i 2 amb llits bessons), de les quals 2 tenen bany privat en suite. En total hi ha 3 banys, 2 amb banyera i 1 amb dutxa.

El centre de Platja d’Aro, on es poden trobat tot tipus de botigues, supermercats i restaurants, és a 2km de la casa. Platja d’Aro és un dels pobles més populars de la Costa Brava. La regió té unes cales meravelloses, amagades entre roques escarpades, amb aigües cristal·lines d’un blau profund. Hi ha molts llocs per practicar esports aquàtics i altres activitats com el ciclisme, l'escalada en roca, el golf, el tennis o la hípica.

I want to let you know that me and my family had an excellent holiday in this villa! We enjoyed this wonderfull house, the views out to the sea, and the swimming pool very much. Because of this house it became the summerholiday we had hoped for. Roy and Frances are very nice people!
I found North Spain Villas on the internet and your website is very nice and detailed. But please tell your costumers next year that the beach is 1 km from the villa but that they have to walk up and down a hill. You need a car to do that the easy way. D.B. 01.10.2006

We spent a wonderful time in this house. It's exactly like in the photos (even better ) it's large, very clean and in a very quiet place. Every things are in few minutes (shopping, bakery, beach...). The persons in charge for the keyare very friendly and you can ask them every thing you need. For sure we will telll about North Spain Villas to our friends and try to come back ! We found the internet adress in Google and after looking after many other websites and houses it was definitly the best and the most serious. M. S. 07.05.2006

The villa was just beautiful--even better than the pictures on the website. The location was quiet and picturesque, yet close enough to the beach and stores.
