Casa amb piscina. 48 km de la platja
Una preciosa finca antiga, envoltada d’un bosc de pins de 54 hectàrees, a la part nord-oest del Parc Natural de Sant Llorenç del Munt, a 2km del preciós poble medieval de Talamanca, i a només 50km de Barcelona. La casa principal data de l’any 1266 i fa 1080m2. Llueix l’estil tradicional de les clàssiques masies catalanes i pot acomodar grups grans de fins a 16 persones.
Hi ha 8 habitacions (6 dobles i 2 amb llits bessons) amb 7 banys en suite (5 amb banyera i 2 amb dutxa) i 1 bany addicional a la planta baixa. Cada habitació té televisió i n’hi ha dues a les quals es pot afegir un llit individual. A més, hi ha un ampli saló amb un piano, una sala de televisió amb un equip de música, televisió satèl·lit i un DVD, 2 menjadors i una sala de billar. La cuina és gran i està equipada amb totes les comoditats, incloent una rentadora, una assecadora, un rentavaixelles, un microones, una cafetera, una torradora, un bullidor d’aigua, etc.
Entre els molts jardins, n’hi ha un que destaca especialment perquè té una gran piscina (10 x 4,2m) i precioses vistes. Al costat de la piscina hi ha una zona de barbacoa amb una taula per a 20 comensals. D’altres al·licients són el porxo, amb una llar de foc oberta, i les encantadores terrasses, on es pot gaudir de sopars romàntics a la llum de les espelmes.

Aquesta meravellosa finca històrica, que data de l’any 1266, és només a 2km de Talamanca, un preciós poble medieval. El poble té un restaurant senzill i sense pretensions i una botigueta, a més de diversos punts d’interès cultural, com ara un castell de l’any 967 i l’església romànica de Santa Maria, que data del segle XII. Navarcles és una altra localitat pròxima (7km) amb gran varietat de restaurants coneguts per la seva cuina excel·lent, alguns bars i un supermercat. La zona també és un paradís per als afeccionats a l’esport. Les 54 hectàrees que envolten la propietat, són un espai perfecte per caminar, anar en bicicleta o d’excursió. Els que prefereixin activitats més arriscades poden llogar piragües i caiacs a Navarcles o muntar a cavall a les quadres de Sant Fruitós (11km). En només 50 minuts s’arriba a Barcelona, el que permet fer-hi una excursió d’un dia amb tota tranquil·litat.

We found the Masia El Cingle absolutely unforgettable. The property has a wonderful location, and the house combines character and charm with an excellent standard. We especially liked the house's original and rustique atmosphere, even though it has modern bathrooms, kitchen and amenities. My wife and I celebrated our wedding at El Cingle, and we are so happy that we chose this property, it made our big day truly memorable. Both our families had a fantastic time at the masia, and we will never forget our stay there.

The villa was amazing. Nothing to complain about. Directions were great, location was fantastic. Our weekend was part business and part relax. It was a fantastic venue for informal meetings and a great way to get everyone together. We look forward to going back. We weren't expecting our own dog and a kitten but they only served to make the holiday more a home from home. We thought lL Cingle was amazing, it is a lovely relaxed property at a very reasonable price for the amount of space and we had a fantastic time. There was plenty of room for our three families to comfortably spread out and take it easy. The views from the (extensive) terraces are beautiful and we ate in a different location every evening. It was also fun to sit round the brazier in the courtyard after it got dark. The children had a great time - the teenagers took over the billiard room and the younger ones played some wonderful games in the huge grounds - the friendly resident dog, who also led the way on several walks to the local village or through the surrounding woods was an additional bonus for them. Gustavo the owner and Gustavo the property manager were both very friendly and helpful, bringing over extra toys and DVD's and giving good advice on where to eat/shop/visit.
Thank you to Simona who was very helpful when choosing and booking the holiday - we were a little worried that the location might be too rural, but she assured me that once we were there we wouldn't want to leave and she was right. We decided a week wasn't long enough to make the most of the property and the surrounding area, and hope to return another year. S.D. 25.06.2008
We have been away as a large group three years running and this property was definitely the best. We also really liked the area which was not quite as much of a tourist trap as some other places we have visited. The proprietor was very friendly and helpful. The house was immensely spacious and every room was comfortable and had lots of character - with a view, a balcony, a terrace or its own bell tower! There was so much in the house to keep the young members of the party busy: the snooker table, the pool, the snug TV room and the infinite different spaces to play in the gardens, as well as the wild places to explore beyond. It seemed that we dined in a different room / spot outdoors every night and kept on finding new corners to enjoy. We loved the fact that we could take a walk in the country right from the door without ever having to step on a road or get in a car. Having a dog who invited himself along as our guide was an added bonus! The children all fell in love with the dog who was very gentle and patient with the smaller ones. I would have to say that if any of our children were a little wild, or couldn't be trusted to be sensible, the reservoir beyond the pool and the cliff would have been a real safety hazard. I wouldn't recommend the house to people with toddlers For us, though, this house was a great find - I hope it's still available next year... S.B. 31.05.2008
We found the villa excellent a great place for a get away from it all holiday. The villa itself was huge - still had not found my way around it at the end of the weeks holiday. Owners very friendly and helpful and available if anything was wrong - which it wasn't. There was 13 of us but the villa was big enough for all to have our own space but also provided us with plenty of areas for our family get togethers which basically included drinking wine, eating (all the cooking done on the 2 large barbeques), playing cards and having lots of laughs. Hope to repeat the experience again. Booking was simple with no hassles and clear instructions of payment details etc. LOVED IT !!! and that speaks for all of my family - 2 children with us who loved exploring the acres of land, the snooker table, table tennis table and of course the swimming pool. If I had to pick a location for an idyllic, romantic European film, then El Cingle would definitely be it! We just rented it for my 30th birthday celebration, and my American friends couldn't believe that a
place like this actually exists in the real world. It is so much more beautiful than the pictures could ever express. We were there for a week and wished we never had to leave. It is
perfect for anyone whose idea of a great holiday includes long walks in the pinewoods, climbing a hill and watching the sunset behind Montserrat, walking to the village in the mornings for fresh bread,
sipping wine at dusk on one of the countless terraces, lounging by the pool and breathing clean country air.
The house itself is in splendid condition, despite its age, and very well maintained. The rooms are all beautiful, but the second floor one with the small tower - from which you can take in the entire
surroudings - is simply spectacular. And the most wonderful thing is how unique each room is! The kitchen is a cook's dream; it has every imaginable utensil (including a tiny, classic espresso machine and a cocktail shaker) and the enormous, arched windows have a wonderful view of the countryside. Our meals turned into very elaborate affairs - the huge, rustic (but elegant) dining hall required a banquet or two!
The two Gustavos (owner and caretaker) were very considerate and available to answer questions and take care of anything we needed. Gustavo the caretaker came by every day to clean the pool and fix anything that needed fixing and bring us clean towels/sheets, but he was so discreet that his presence never felt intrusive. We had the most wonderful time. It was a very relaxing holiday. The villa was spacious, plenty of room for 4 families. Never at anytime did we encroach on each others space. The owners were extremely helpful and we did not encounter any problems. We felt that if there had been a problem Senor Carrasco and his son would have sorted it out for us. They were extremely good caretakers. The pool was cleaned regularly Senor Carrasco's English was good so we did not have a communication problem. We were made to feel very welcome. We feel that we were very lucky to find this villa as it was within our budget and all the rooms were en suite. We would recommend this villa to anyone wishing to holiday in a large party.
