Un preciós apartament, renovat recentment, que forma part d’una impressionant masia a la comarca del Penedès, famosa per la seva producció de vins i caves. L’apartament té una terrassa privada i plena d'encant, amb moltes plantes, flors i mobles de jardí, a la qual s'accedeix des del saló. Aquest és gran i està decorat amb colors càlids i materials de molta qualitat. Està moblat amb sofàs, televisió, DVD, vídeo i té una llar de foc. També hi ha una taula de menjador i una cuina americana completament equipada amb una rentadora, un rentavaixelles, un bullidor d'aigua, un microones i una torradora. Hi ha dues habitacions a l'apartament, una amb llit doble i una amb llits bessons (per un petit cost addicional s'hi pot afegir un sofà-llit per a 2 persones). El bany és molt bonic i disposa de banyera.
Els hostes comparteixen el jardí i la piscina amb els amos, que viuen en una altra part de la finca. L’apartament té la seva pròpia entrada i una terrassa privada. La piscina és gran (11 x 4,5m) i té al voltant tot de mobles de jardí, una barbacoa i gronxadors per als nens.
En definitiva, és un apartament confortable i molt especial, amb una ubicació excel·lent.

La finca és en un poblet de la regió vinícola del Penedès i és la única masia amb un interès històric a tota la zona de Vilafranca del Penedès. Al poble hi trobem una botiga i un restaurant molt recomanable (La Posada). Una de les ciutats més properes és Sitges, ben coneguda per ser una de les més boniques de la costa. És el lloc perfecte per anar de compres, trobar restaurants excel·lents, o gaudir d’una vida nocturna plena d’animació. Una altra ciutat propera és Vilafranca del Penedès (6km) que té un centre molt bonic, ple de botigues i restaurants. Sant Sadurní d’Anoia també és a prop (5km). A més de les bodegues de vins i cava, la regió del Penedès té molts museus del vi oberts al públic (Freixenet, Codorniu i Torres són alguns dels noms més destacats de la regió).
Hi ha uns 45 minuts en tren o en cotxe fins a Barcelona, i per tant la capital catalana és la destinació perfecta per a una excursió d’un dia.

We had a lovely week's holiday in this Villa - Aug 2007. The accommodation is very spacious and clean. We were slightly concernered that there was no air conditioning but it was not needed at all. The walls are very thick and the villa was always cool, even with an evening temperature of 30 C. It said that there was no parking for the villa but the owner allowed us to park inside the grounds so we were off the road. The village is very quiet so only go if this is the type of holiday you require. The pool was fantastic and only used by us all week. The terrace is very private and pleasant for eating outside. A very relaxedand enjoyable holiday in August. No problems with the place at all. Gardens very nice (although the patio could do with some of the rampant vegitation being cut back!), pool only used by us and v nice. Owners very pleasant. Location very good for touring, wine, etc - also easy to get into Barcelona for a day if wanted. D.M. 26.08.2006
We found the villa superb in fact better than described! The apartment we found to be clean and well equipped. More spacious than we expected. Security was fine in view of the village location with off street parking. The apartment was sympathetically located within the villa being very well secluded from the sun. The pool was clean - very well specified and faultless. The family enjoyed it greatly throughout the heat of the day. We have suggested that more is made of the local history for guests - the villa is 300 years old and located in the middle of the vineyards - a real selling feature. The walls being over 18 inches thick over natural protection from the sun. We enjpyed the pre-harvest fiesta celebrations in Villa Franca de Penedes. In brief summary - we had a great holiday(one of our best ever) and the villa played a large role in this enjoyment. M.C. 03.09.2005
