Aquesta part de la masia pot acomodar 4 persones. Té una habitació doble i un bany amb banyera. Hi ha una altra habitació amb dos llits individuals a l’àtic, que ofereix una opció perfecta per als nens. El saló té televisió satèl·lit i un equip de música. La cuina americana disposa de microones, una cafetera, una torradora i una rentadora. Els hostes d’aquesta finca tan elegant comparteixen la piscina (10 x 5m), que queda preciosament il·luminada de nit.
Casa amb piscina. 2 km de la platja Aquesta luxosa casa de camp va ser construïda el 1590 i es troba tan sols a 2km de L’Escala, on hi ha tota mena de botigues, bars i restaurants. La finca està envoltada d’un paisatge idíl·lic, on abunden les rutes de senderisme i hípica. També és molt a prop de la Costa Brava amb la seva naturalesa impressionant

We were very pleased with the standard of property V49 during our recent stay. We found the owner and his wife to be extremely friendly and helpful - they went out of their way to meet us at a time that fitted in with our flight, provided a number of refreshments at the property, and gave us a useful tour of the local town. The property was beautifully maintained and very clean, as was the pool and patio area. It was just as it was described on the website, in a peaceful rural area. We had a great time in Villa 49 in Northern Spain. Your reservation team, especially Simona, made the booking extremely easy. Francesc was great once we arrived as well. He was on time.....actually early, and took the time to drive us down to the sea so we would have some bearings of where we were. For the first few days he was also around to make sure all was well....he was great. The accommodation was faultless. They were clean and exactly how they were pictured on your website. I have read many reviews about accommodations and the major complaint was that the rental was not a good as it appeared on the website. That was not the case here. We were very pleased. The villa had everything we could have wanted for the time we were there. I am sure that all of the reviews from these villas are positive and hope that this answers all of you questions.
